Smoking Prevalence in adults - current smokers (IHS) (3527) Metric type
- Help text
- This indicator shows the prevalence of smoking, as a percentage of the adult resident population (aged 18 and over). The data are from the Integrated Household Survey and the number of respondents has been weighted in order to improve representativeness of the sample. The weights take into account survey design and non-response.
These estimates are modelled and should, therefore, be used and interpreted with caution and not used to measure performance or change over time.
