Criminal Behaviour Order (1751) Service
- Description
- The council can apply for a Criminal Behaviour Order against seriously antisocial individuals. The order can be applied for on conviction for any criminal offence in any criminal court. A Criminal Behaviour Order can also require perpetrators to address the underlying causes of their behaviour, such as substance misuse, alcohol abuse or anger management.
