This is the number of people who report that their day to day activities are limited a little or a lot, as a percentage of the total number of people responding to the question in the 2011 Census.
This indicator measures the self reported number of people who had a long term illness or disability, which limits their daily activity or work. Poor quality of life through physical illness is known to be closely related to mental health problems. People with mental health problems are up to twice as likely to report experiencing a long term illness or disability.
