This measure the percentage of all those responding 'I am extremely satisfied' or 'I am very satisfied', to the Adult Social Care Survey Question 1: 'Overall, how satisfied or dissatisfied are you with the care and support services you receive' and those responding "I am very happy with the way staff help me, it's really good" to Easy Read Adult Social Care questionnaire question 1: 'How happy are you with the way staff help you?'
